Journey Shield Dashboard

You can set Journey shield to detect browser extensions that are displaying, or attempting to display, content on your site. The Journey Shield dashboard shows you data on how often those browser shopping extensions are active on your site.

 

The Journey Shield dashboard shows you data on how often browser shopping extensions are displaying, or attempting to display, content on your site. You can use data to assess whether you want to block extensions that are currently only detected, and whether you want to continue blocking extensions that are currently blocked.

Journey Shield only detects the extensions that you select on the Journey Shield Rules page.

By default, all data applies that the last seven days. To change the selected period, click Last 7 Days at the top of the dashboard.

To refresh the dashboard, download the dashboard data, or schedule delivery of a dashboard report, click at the top right of the dashboard and click an option.

For PDF downloads, the following additional options are available.

Paper Size

Fit Page to Dashboard is the default; it sizes the PDF to the default width for dashboards (1260 px). Other options size the PDF to match standard paper sizes and fit all or part of the dashboard. Some PDF outputs might differ from the dashboard layout when viewed in Yottaa.

If you select something other than Fit Page to Dashboard, an Orientation option appears. You can choose portrait or landscape.
Expand tables to show all rows PDF includes all the rows available in the table, not just the rows visible in the dashboard. If you do not select this, only the rows visible in the dashboard without scrolling appear in the PDF.
Arrange dashboard tiles in a single column PDF displays dashboard tiles in a single vertical column. If you do not select this, the dashboard tiles appear as they are arranged in the dashboard.
Open in Browser This option does not work in all browsers and is not currently recommended.

Schedule delivery

Settings

Enter information as described below.

  • Schedule Name: Unique name for the schedule you are creating.

  • Recurrence: Select when the data is sent.

    If you select Send now, a one-time delivery of the dashboard is sent after you fill in the required fields and click the Send now button at the bottom of the window.

  • Destination: Select the destination type and enter details as required.

    • Email: Enter email addresses separated by commas in the Email addresses text box.

    • Webhook: Enter the URL where Yottaa should send an HTTPS request for this delivery in the Webhook URL text box. You can obtain this URL from the web service you are using for your webhook.

    • Amazon S3: Enter information as described below.

      • Bucket: Name of your Amazon S3 bucket. Required.

      • Optional Path: Folder, if any, that you want to save your data to.

      • Access Key: Access Key ID to your S3 bucket, provided by Amazon. Required.

      • Secret Key: Secret Access Key to your S3 bucket, provided by Amazon. Required.

      • Region: Amazon services region where your S3 bucket is hosted.

    • SFTP: Enter information as described below.

      • Address: URL or IP address of the SFTP server to which you want to send your data. Required. Example

        You must have write access to the folder where you want to create the file.

      • Username and Password: Login credentials for the SFTP server. Required.

      • Preferred key exchange algorithm: Optional. Choose the preferred SSH key exchange algorithm for establishing the connection. Details

      • SFTP support is limited to username and password credentials. SSH private key credentials are not supported.

  • Format: File format for the data being sent.

Filters If you are delivering a dashboard that has filters, you can modify the filter conditions to further filter the results delivered.
Advanced Options
Custom Message Only available if you selected Email for Destination on the Settings tab.
Include links

Includes a link to the dashboard in email data deliveries.

Expand tables to show all rows Output includes all the rows available in the table, not just the rows visible in the dashboard. Otherwise, only rows visible in the dashboard without scrolling appear in the output.
Arrange dashboard tiles in a single column Output displays dashboard tiles in a single vertical column. Otherwise, the dashboard tiles appear as arranged in the dashboard.
Paper size

Fit Page to Dashboard is the default; it sizes the output to the default width for dashboards (1260 px). Other options size the output to match standard paper sizes and fit all or part of the dashboard. Some outputs might differ from the what you see in Yottaa .

If you select something other Fit Page to Dashboard, an Orientation option appears. You can choose portrait or landscape.
Delivery timezone Select a different time zone if desired. The time zone you select does not affect the data in your dashboard, just the timing of the delivery.

Example for SFTP Address:

sftp://192.168.0.10/Marketing/In/

This example URL ends with the / character, indicating that the file will be saved in a folder named In. If you leave out the trailing /, the file will be saved in the Marketing folder, and "In" will be prepended to the filename.

Details for Preferred key exchange algorithm: If the connection is not established within five minutes, choose a different algorithm. Some algorithms take a long time to generate an SSH key. This option lets you use an algorithm that might take less time. Choosing one of the algorithms makes it the preferred algorithm for establishing the SSH connection. If the algorithm is not supported by the server, all the other algorithms are used in subsequent attempts. When this field is set to Default, the original order of algorithms in the connection library is used.

To view the Alerts icon at the top right corner of a tile on the dashboard, hover your cursor on the tile. To create a new alert, enter information in the dialog as described below.

The alerts you create here are not anomaly alerts. For more information about anomaly alerts, see Security Anomaly Alerts.

Alert Title

Unique name for the alert you are creating. To enter a title, click on the editable text field at the top of the dialog, enter text, and then press Enter.

Condition

Condition that triggers an alert notification.

  • In the first drop-down, select a field or table calculation that appears in the dashboard tile's visualization.

  • In the second drop-down, select the relationship to use (for example, "Is greater than" or "Is less than").

  • In the third drop-down, enter a numerical value.

Where to send it

The destination for the alert.

  • In the drop-down for the destination type, select Email (this is currently the only available value).

  • In the text box, enter email addresses for recipients, separated by commas. Each recipient receives an email with information about the alert and an option to unfollow it. If they choose to unfollow the alert, their email address will be removed from the recipient list.

Frequency

You can set the frequency at which Yottaachecks your data for changes (and sends an alert notification if the alert conditions are met). The default frequency is Daily at 05:00.

These are the available frequency options:

  • Monthly on a specified Day of the month (the default is the 1st of the month) at a specified Time (the default is 05:00).

  • Weekly on a specified Day of the week (the default is Sun for Sunday) at a specified Time (the default is 05:00).

  • Daily at a specified Time (the default is 05:00).

  • Hourly at a specified interval (the default is to check the data every hour) with specified Start and End times (the default is 05:00 and 17:00).

  • Minutes at a specified interval (the default is to check the data every 15 minutes) with specified Start and End times (the default is 05:00 and 17:00).

Start and End times are inclusive. For example, if you choose to check every 12 hours with a Start time of 05:00 and an End time of 17:00, Yottaa checks the data at 05:00 and 17:00.

To view the icon for the Tile Actions menu at the top right corner of a tile on the dashboard, hover your cursor on the tile. The options available vary depending on the data and format of the tile. All of the possible options are described below.

Downloads data in a variety of file formats. You can either download the file (recommended) or view it in your browser. Advanced data options are also available for all formats except PNG.

Autosize all columns

Sizes the width of each column to fit its column heading name or its longest data value, whichever is wider. Available only for tiles that display data in table format.

Reset all column widths

Resizes each column to its default width. Available only for tiles that display data in table format.

View

Expanded

Opens an overlay on top of the dashboard with an expanded view of the tile. Clicking the X icon at the top right closes the expanded view.

Full Screen

Opens a full-screen view of the tile's visualization. Clicking the X icon at the top right closes the full-screen view.

Clear cache and refresh

Clears your browser cache and refreshes dashboard data.
