Disabling Yottaa Locally for Troubleshooting
You can determine whether Yottaa is causing a site error by viewing a bypass session using Modheader, a Google Chrome add-on.
To test whether Yottaa is causing your site error:

If needed, add Modheader to Chrome:
-
In the search bar, type ModHeader and click the chrome.google.com result.
The ModHeader page of the Chrome Web Store page appears.
-
Click Add to Chrome.
A dialog box appears asking if you want to add ModHeader.
- Click Add Extension.
-
- On the page where the error is occurring click .
- If you haven't already done so, in the ModHeader pane, for Name, type x-yottaa-opt-state, and for Value type bypass.
- Select the request header that changes the x-yottaa-opt-state to bypass.
- Reload the page.
- If the error still occurs, it is not a Yottaa error.
- If the error no longer occurs, contact your Yottaa support representative.
